1.What CATO is
CATO ("Compelled Assistant for Task Orchestration") is a personal, non-commercial software tool built and used by Joe Hughes for his own tasks. It is not a product, it is not offered for sale, and it is not a public service.
2.No access for others
No one other than Joe Hughes is granted access to CATO or permission to use it. There are no user accounts and no sign-up. Attempts by anyone else to use CATO or to connect an account to it are not authorized.
3.No warranty
CATO is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joe Hughes is not liable for any damages arising from CATO or from this website.
4.Privacy
How CATO handles Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5.Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its "Last updated" date.
